Getting Started
How do I start playing?
Simply confirm you're 18 or older when prompted, then choose any of our three games from the homepage. You'll automatically receive 1,000 starting coins to begin your adventure.
Do I need to create an account?
No account creation is required. Your progress is automatically saved in your browser's local storage, making it quick and easy to start playing immediately.
Is there a cost to play?
GuardAleQuest is completely free. There are no purchases, subscriptions, or hidden fees. All virtual coins are provided free of charge for entertainment purposes only.
Technical Support
My coins disappeared. What happened?
Your coin balance is saved in your browser's local storage. If you've cleared your browser data, used a different browser, or are in private/incognito mode, your progress may not be available. Regular browsing mode will preserve your progress between sessions.
The games aren't loading properly
Try these troubleshooting steps:
- Refresh the page (F5 or Ctrl+R)
- Clear your browser cache
- Try a different browser (we recommend Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
- Ensure JavaScript is enabled in your browser
- Disable browser extensions that might interfere with the site
I'm having display issues on mobile
Our platform is fully responsive and should work on all devices. If you're experiencing display problems:
- Try rotating your device to landscape mode for games
- Ensure you're using an updated mobile browser
- Close other apps to free up device memory
Can I reset my progress?
Yes. To reset your coin balance and statistics, you can clear your browser's local storage for GuardAleQuest.com. This varies by browser, but generally can be done through your browser's privacy settings. Alternatively, contact our support team for assistance.
Game-Specific Help
Dragon's Dice
- How it works: Predict whether two dice will total 7 or under, exactly 7, or 8 or over
- Payouts: 7 or Under/Over pays 2x, Lucky 7 pays 4x
- Strategy: 7 is the most common roll, followed by 6 and 8
Tavern Cards
- How it works: Get closer to 21 than the dealer without going over
- Payouts: Win pays 2x, Blackjack pays 2.5x
- Dealer rules: Dealer must hit on 16 or less, stand on 17 or more
- Card values: Number cards = face value, Face cards = 10, Aces = 1 or 11
Quest Wheel
- How it works: Choose a multiplier, spin the wheel, win if it lands on your choice
- Multipliers: 2x, 3x, 5x, and 10x available
- Probabilities: Higher multipliers appear less frequently on the wheel
Account & Progress
Can I play on multiple devices?
Your progress is saved locally in each browser, so different devices will have separate progress. There's currently no way to sync progress across devices.
What happens if I run out of coins?
If your coin balance reaches zero, you can reset your progress to receive another 1,000 starting coins. We also plan to introduce daily bonuses in future updates.
Are my statistics tracked?
Yes! We track your total coins, games played, wins, losses, and win rate percentage. All this information is displayed in each game's statistics bar.

Is my data safe?
Yes. Because your data is stored locally in your browser rather than on our servers, you maintain control over your information. We implement industry-standard security practices for the limited data we do process.
